The Spiritual Self

The Spiritual You

This is the part of you that is fed by all the other four basic aspects of your self.  It feeds off the physical, the emotional, the intellectual, and the social experiences.  These four areas drive your unconscious emotional experiences, which in turn drive your conscious emotional experiences, or your spirit. This is the part of you that experiences joy and happiness holistically. It is where you register those euphoric 360 degree, multi-layered, experiences and moments of intense pleasure that seem to take you beyond your senses into another realm. It is the part of you that generates drive, and hope, and love, and optimism, imagination, creativity, idealism, and also inner peace, resolve, restfulness, and tranquility. If, however, your spirit is not well maintained, you can sink into negativity, pessimism, depression, and despair.  Knowing how your spiritual self works is critical to achieving reward, fulfillment, and happiness in life.
